Do you have only one service provider? What happens if that service provider fails to deliver to your expectations? Where does that leave you?
… probably with few options! It is advisable with any mission critical service (includes telephone services supplied to you) that you have a fall back situation – it could be that you use more than one service provider so that if one fails you, you have another you can go to! It may mean that you don’t always get the best deals, but at least you can still retain control rather than be at the mercy of your service providers!
